This is the begining of a drawing that was going to be funny in a very sad way but fell through. I figured since I got the permission to use my friend as a model, I should upload it. Here is as far as that drawing ever got.

He really is more dashing then this drawing makes him seem.
The idea was to illustrate "I'm normal, please date me" by Charlotte Martin. I was going to have a girl totally fan-girling and quoting the song at Mr. Dashing here, who would be totally unaware and dashing. I couldn't find any stock photos of guys who fit what I wanted so I asked a friend and the drawing started to feel awkward, so I quit.

This drawing is of a character from Red's Blog named Lida.

She is the daughter of Petra (a paladin) and Shad (a Demon).

A perpetually bored Nephilim who could destroy worlds if only it interested her. She is somewhat like the current incarnations of Sherlock Holmes: clever, quick, endless intellect, and sociopathic tendencys.

Sorry again

I'm sorry for the absence of art! I was working on a drawing that was going to be hilarious, but i am having a hard time. The idea was to have a girl totally digging this SUPER adorable and dashing guy while he either didn't notice or was being weird-ed out. The problem is that every idea I came up with was to close to my actual situation of unrequited affection for me to be comfortable sharing it with people. So... I'll post something else when i have something else. sorry...
