A few Nights ago i was asked to draw a picture for a friend. He said it didn't matter what so long as its for him (not a direct quote).The idea behind this was: I wanted to draw a 50's pin up. most 50's pin ups that we see in everyday life are old soda pop adds. i couldn't find any 50's style Dr. Pepper adds so i tried to make one. tadaa! also i chose Dr. Pepper because its his soda of choice. apparently  he and Hanners both are having affairs with the Dr. =]

if you need help figuring out what happened: she tripped and fell backwards into the cooler filled with Ice and DrPepper.  by the way, because this is my drawing, she is wearing  very light tights under her nylons. my gals are fully covered almost always! haha! well that's all for now, tataa loverlys!

First things first

BUSINESS!

I'm leaving on a five weeks trip soon and will not be able to upload any art so there won't be any. look forward to the mass amounts of art i shall load when i get back!

While i am out of town i realized that i will be on the road doing nothing but drawing during most of the week days and slow times in the conventions. whats better to do during that time but Commissions?! NOW ART!

Skully is this gals name, well its her nickname. i invented her at the same time as Shelly and Mina. unfortunately for her i couldn't come up with a story for her so she never became a main character. I simply loved drawing her because it was a skull with hair. This drawing is her finally becoming a big character. She now has a story. She is a friend of Shelly's from college. while Shelly went for culinary arts, Skully was an Fashion, Theater, and  Visual Arts major. After college she started working for Sasha's fashion designer Mother as her apprentice. This makes since since Shelly was raised by Sasha's Mother so Skully would have met her while they were in College. Skully is the Friend who is practically family. Later I'll draw her without the mask.

I'm actually going to tell you EXACTLY what she is wearing here! that skirt is made out of those really thin floaty feathers and black. she is wearing light cream colored tights with pale peach thigh highs and dark brown Linen boots. the corset is black silk and steal ribbed. her peasant shirt is light cream. her hair is bleached Bone white and has streaks of dark dark (almost black) auburn. the mask is made of treated leather.

As a fallow up to  the post with all the Girls past looks here is what they look like now. starting with Shelly and going in order. here we go!

i was useing a new pen when inking this and it kinda messed it up. i dunna like this pen. it draws much to thick and light. i had to go over it several times. ANYWAY! She is a baker. a normal human baker who owns her own shop what her cousin (Sasha) works at.

Mina. this is my old pen. i like it better needless to say. She works as a waitress. here she is in her waitress clothing. well kinda. she has the apron but that's not actually what her uniform is.

Sasha working at the Bakery. this picture makes her face look a bit long though it isn't really. not that she's real or anything. haha! well anyway, here she is now a normal human. normal except she has a terrible stutter and therefore doesn't speak much.
